Item seems to work and help work outs, but it was not padded well and fork lift or something had put a hole in the side of box and product container causing product to be missing and unknown until opened sent by US Postal Service with speakers.

Some people swear by it and others condemn it. For me, NO Xplode is the best pre-workout supplement out their.
The longer I work out after taking NO Xplode,the more intense it becomes.Normally resulting in me forcing myself to quit in fear of sustaining any injuries. This little miracle product really works that well. I grunt,growl,lift,and jog. It will certainly alter your mood and get you exercising.
At its best I notice I can normaly get anywhere between a 6-8 lbs pound increase on bench while on Xplode. No lie.My curl goes up by 3-5 lbs.
With all that being said remember this: "FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS".
I have read where some people show total neglegence for them and wonder why it doesn't work properly.
First thing is first.
1. Make sure you haven't eaten anything for 2 hours before taking this. The effects won't be nearly as strong and you will make several trips to the toilet as well.
2. Make sure you have had no prior caffeine for at least 24 hours.
3. Drink plenty,i mean plenty of water during your workout.
4. Don't go crazy and take more than three scoopes prior to your workout.
5. Cycle,cycle,cycle. The effects will wear off if you don't take a few weeks off from it.
6. Take one scoop on days you don't work out or suffer possible caffeine withdraws.
I haven't been victim to many side effects of this supplement. Sometimes I have a crash an hour or two afterwards but I think that has more to do with the intensity of the workouts I have while on this product.
I have also herd other people make mention from time to time that you can find better products for cheaper. This may be very true indeed but after taking NO Xplode you won't ever want to take the risk unless you have tried other supplements prior to this. Even at that I still here some individuals claim they still Like NO Xplode the best. This is true for me as well. I have tried the likes of Nano Vapor (which did nothing for me)and little cheap-o NO products but none compare to this in my honest opinion.
It works for me and if you try it,chance are it will work for you.

I received the product as stated in a timely matter - excellent service as usual from Amazon.com.
This particular product is a good pre-workout supplement, it gives great pumps, however can make you jittery. I also noticed my body gets used to it and I end up taking more.

I started using NO-XPLODE when it first came out, sometime in 2004. It was a great product then, but not sure what happened since. The taste is horrible now, the results are not as dramatic and the strange foam forming when you mix the product freaks me out (really, like mixing compounds in a chemistry lab). I read the label for ingredients and supplement facts and I am even more confused, all this stuff loaded and forced into one scoop. Makes me wonder how much am I really getting for my money per scoop, and how much stuff am I forcing in my body and liver!! I don't know how much creatine is in there, do I need to take more or less? It's like they are putting everything in that product, hoping something will work, and if not, then at least the stimulants will give the impression that it is working due to the mental alertness from Caffiene and other stimulants. After few weeks of use, your body will build tolerance and nothing will be effective any more. There are much better products out there. NO-XPLODE did explode indeed.

The product is great! It gives you a push through your entire work out. Only draw back is it takes a while to kick in but have found that if you initiate your work out 30 minutes from taking NO-Xplode then it will work great. Taste is ok but not as tasty as their other products like Syntha-6. The product does somewhat give you the shakes but it's manageable. Reports of the product affecting your stomach is all true. Some discomfort does exist but it does subside as your focus increases throughout the work out. Overall, the product is a good buy and it's worth trying. Results are noticeable after just a few weeks.
