I began taking this about 2 months ago due to chronic headaches and migraines. I saw results within the first few weeks. I made the mistake of not ordering another supply, and I've been miserable all week! I definitely reccomend this product!

I've been getting migraines for 17 years and no prescription meds have helped me. This is one of the few things that work for me. Make sure to try it for at least 2 months before you give up on it. It does make me have bad tasting burps sometimes on an empty stomach but those have mostly gone away after 2 months too. Also I like the Pro-Active type because some mild toxins are removed unlike other brands/types.

I have suffered from migraines for over 40 years and had almost given up finding a product that would work for me. I read an article in a womans magazine about this product. I had to try it. Well I am happy to say that it has definitely helped me. I have had one migraine in the 6 months that I have been taking this. I was getting a migraine headache at least once every two weeks before starting this supplement. I am convinced that this product has lessened the frequency and severity of my migraines. If you suffer from migraines, I would try this product. I have experienced NO side effects at all with this.

I was very hopeful to have a way to prevent migraines since I can't take NSAIDs (they irritate my stomach). I know the manufacturer's website says that there are no side effects, but there were for me. I felt fine before taking it, but within minutes, my stomach started cramping and then I kept burping. I tried to drink a lot of water to hopefully dilute the effect. The cramping continued later in my intestines and I didn't feel right for the rest of the day. To be fair, I have multiple food allergies and sensitivities so I'm not surprised. The purpose of my post is to let people know that side effects are possible.
