I takes 3 pills each time, 3 times a day. It seems to help increase my milk supply a little bit, maybe around 20 - 30 cc each time I pump.

As a nurse, and a new mother, I'm always on the web looking for solutions to common problems. My friend, a registered dietician, suggested Fenugreek when my baby hit a 2 month growth spurt. You take 3 capsules 3 times a day for about 3-4 days, until your urine smells like maple syrup. I noticed more fullness after about 24 hours of taking Fenugreek, and a definite increase in volume after 3 days. Usually a short course is sufficient to increase supply, but some women stay on it indefinitely.
I pump at work, and lately my supply has been dwindling- so back on the Fenugreek. For some, the natural route doesn't work. You can always have your doctor write a prescription for Reglan- it causes daytime drowsiness, but a huge and almost instant increase in milk supply. This particular company had great prices on the herb, super fast shipping, and a well known brand. Best wishes for all those breastfeeding moms- it's an amazing thing!

I am using this fenugreek to increase my milk supply, and has been working very well. Not to mention that Swanson's was great to work with, they have great communication and fast shipping.
