I started taking this after I had taken the d-ribose and acetyl-l-carnitine. I did not notice any changes but then again I did note a great increase of energy with the ribose and carnitine. I did not experience any of the stomach problems that have been previously reported. I am really impressed with the ribose and carnitine. If you have chronic fatigue I would try the ribose and the carnitine first.

I like this brand a lot, and I have used it for many products. However, there are several ingredients not included in the description. For one: it has B6 in it. You can't take a lot of B6 daily (not more than 100mg).... if you already take a B-complex, don't take this one.
*They did return it with no issues, and promptly returned my money, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but they need a better description

This is a review for Adrenal Stress End Fatigued to Fantastic. I received the order in just a few days. I have taken adrenal supplements in the past and decided to try something different due to cost.
I took two capsules with food as per the directions. Approximately 15 minutes later I was having terrible stomach pain and was throwing up. This continued for two and one half hours with no relief. I went to the doctor (urgent care) because I wasn't getting any better. They ran tests and everything came back negative. I thought it must have been the supplements but wasn't sure. I began to feel better that day except for soreness from hurting so badly and exhausted from the whole experience.
For a couple of days following the experience I was fine and decided to try the supplements again. My thinking was it could have been something else that made me sick. I took one supplement with a meal and within 15 minutes I was hurting and throwing up again. I didn't get as sick as I did the first time. It may have been because I took only one and I took a pain pill at the first sign of stomach pain.
Needless to say I am returning the adrenal supplements and would not ever try them again. Something in them made me very sick.

This supplement is recommended by Dr. Teitelbaum as part of his treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and fibromyalgia (FMS). I began taking it (2 capsules per day) along with several other supplements about 10 months ago and my health has significantly improved, specifically with regard to immune system ability to fight off infections, much-improved energy levels, and depression/anxiety lessened. Unfortunately, I cannot tell whether or not this supplement was responsible for my improvements by itself since it was a part of an entire group of supplements which I began using at the same time. If you're interested in this supplement I highly recommend going to Dr. Teitelbaum's site or getting his books and reading about his research.

After giving birth 5 months ago, I was suffering from MAJOR brain fog. Couldn't think straight, kept forgetting everything and decided to purchase this product after reading on a forum that it helps with brain fog. I must say that within 3 days I noticed an improvement. Now I am back at work from maternity leave and I am able to focus on my work. I would highly recommend this product.
