I've been using this acai product for almost a week and already feel better, more alert, and lighter, and I crave sugar less and healthy foods more. I started feeling results after the very first day, actually. But the tub says prime results take two weeks, so I'm excited to see what else may happen.
I started out putting a scoop in my nightly ice cream. But seriously, I crave ice cream less now and lately have put the acai in a glass of milk before bed. May switch to mornings and put it in a smoothie. I wonder what happens if I cook with it, would love to somehow get it into hubby and that would be the only way.
Will revise review if needed, but otherwise four stars for now (not five yet, as only a short time has passed).
ETA: Okay almost three weeks has passed. FIVE STARS!

I did not believe this product did anything good. Now at the end of the use of my first purchase I may be changing my mind. I am ordering another Acai container by Amazon Thunder and I will give it another chance. RWT

Someone recently gave me a bottle of rather expensive Acai juice. It was delicious, I'll admit, but at around 140 for a 4 pack, it was too expensive for my tastes. So I took a look on Amazon for an alternative.
I bought a 90g container of Amazon dried Acai powder and have been very happy with it. Texture-wise, it resembles roughly ground coffee. It's great in smoothies, but if you add it to juices, it doesn't mix very well, and tends to float to the top and stick on the sides of the glass.
The jar comes complete with a small scooper, and 1-2 scoops a day is the suggested use. This equals:
15 calories
Omega 3 30mg
Omega 6 500mg
Omega 9 1200mg
Potassium 30g
Dietary Fibre 2g
Total carb 1g
It contains just dried Acai fruit and dried Camu Camu fruit. No added sugar, no other junk. I just ordered a second jar.

I am always skeptical about the "newest, greatest" product of the day. However, this product does live up to the hype. When I first opened the canister it looked and smelled pretty close to dirt. I immediately looked for the size of the scoop hoping it wasn't huge because I really couldn't imagine drinking this stuff! After finding a rather small scoop, approx. 1/2 tsp. size, I mustered enough courage to taste it. Not bad. Not much of a taste, chalky with a hint of dirt, but I figured in a smoothie I could deal with it. Well, it is UNNOTICABLE in my smoothies, oatmeal and yogurt..(Woot, Woot, Woot!!!) Can't taste Acai at all, but WOW what a feeling! I am a deep tissue massage therapist and by the end of the day I would be ready for the couch and a book...now I don't feel exhausted and I am much less sore after a long day. My joints seem less stiff, no bloat after lunch, no pain in my wrists. I only take one scoop a day and that seems to work for me. I am recommending this to my clients. I don't usually do that, but I really like this product. I am also allergic to seafood so I don't eat fish and this product provides me with 30mg of Omega 3, 500mg of Omega 6 and 1200mg of Omega 9. No sugar and 1g Carbo. All Natural.

This country has gone crazy for Acai. This product is great. A "thunder" scoop in your morning smoothie and you are off to conquer the world. Highly recommended.
