Before-bed tea, again, still December 26, 2008

Started having a cup of Tummy Mint before bed years ago. Then all my local stores quit selling it. Now I order in quantity from Amazon.com and it even goes on sale at least once a year.

This tea from Celestial Seasonings was named GRAMMA'S TUMMY MINT for years. I always used it for my children for a treat, so it's a good memory for our family.
Turns out the ingredients are far more than delicious, so we now use it as a tonic as well. We prefer natural remedies to drugs and this tea fills the bill nicely -- to promote wellness.
I use so much for our family of six that I subscribe and save here on Amazon. It's a great offer - no shipping cost - discount on the product - easy to manage and change (or cancel).
This has really worked out well for me, and I highly recommend it.

It seems that nowadays a lot of the medicines have a worse side effect than the problem they are curing! With the Tummy Mint Tea you not only enjoy a soothing beverage but you also take care of the upset part naturally WITHOUT any side effects! You can have it anytime just as a tea break and your stomach will not complain.

This tea is the best one for stomach aches, holiday over-eating, to helping with digestion for people with digestive disorders (Crohn's Disease, IBS). I have heard that for people that have GERD, should not drink this tea because the peppermint may cause issues or acid reflux. As with any supplements or wellness type products, one should consult their doctor before using. This tea really works for me and I usually steep two teabags to get faster results. FYI - The price that amazon has is cheaper than buying direct from Celestial Seasonings website.
