This kit made the sore postpartum days a lot more enjoyable. The balm totally erased any soreness from tearing and literally made me feel like nothing had happened - it really soothed the pain (after each application). The spray was nice, cooling and refreshing, but not really a pain killer. I could have done without the bath herbs because my midwife gave me some sea salts to soak in, but they can't hurt ;)

I tore so badly and took so long to heal up after my first baby that this second time around I was desperate to find something to help me heal up. I love that this product is all natural/ organic, it feels wonderful to use, and does seem to be helping. The bottles are a small size, but should be enough to last while I need it. The balm is cooling and feels great, the spray is nice, and the bath soak stuff... well, with two kids I havent had time to try it out yet. I definitely recommend purchasing this little kit!

Used this after the birth of my daughter and will use again in 7 weeks for the birth of my son. Great stuff....cooling.
