Taken 2 pills at a time, takes ~20 minutes then helps for 3 or 4 hours.

My 85 year old dad had been having almost daily problems with leg cramps late in the day as well as while sleeping as well as on days where he exerted himself (yard work, woodworking). His primary care physician suggested that he try soda water for the quinine which gave him marginal relief but with the side effect of having to wake up to use the bathroom several times each evening.
Doing a Google search found these these quick-dissolve tablets. These work unbelievably well, and within a 30 seconds or so after taking the tablet. My dad takes these when he starts to feel the onset of cramps and is astounded (and so happy) to be finally rid it. And the odd thing is that once he had his cramps under control with these tablets he hasn't needed to use them nearly as often -- he's using it maybe a couple of times a week now and sometimes not for a week at a time.
The cheaper pill form of these tablets that you take with a glass of water had no noticeable effect. Be sure to use the quick-dissolve variety (that you put under your tongue).

I stretch, I take a prescription medication but I wouldn't get a good night's sleep without this product.

The first time I bought these little pills was in a "health food" store. When I used the last pill, I naturally went to look on Amazon.com. Yes, they are here, and they work! I have been plagued with nighttime leg cramps for years, waking up in a pretzel shape. I feel comforted knowing that shortly (very soon) after I place 3 of these little pills under by tongue, my muscles relax, and I am relieved. Sometimes I wonder how I get such rapid relief, when there couldn't be much quinine in these pills, but hey, they work, so who cares!

My Mother-in-law doesn't ever want to be without these little tablets again. They allow her to sleep WITHOUT leg cramps!
