This is an excellent product, it works! No side effects, clears nasal passages. Good for allergies, pollen relief, colds, anytime to relieve a stuffy nose. Very easy to use and no worry about pharmaceuticals, it's just xylitol (wood sugar) and saline solution.

after using it, my nose is very dry. It's totally different from the the commercial saying that it moistures the nose.

This has really helped my whole family with seasonal allergies. Since using; I have not had a problem with my sinuses this spring, unlike other years. Also, my daughter was battling a sinus infection before using this spray, and since using(over 2 months ago) it has not been an issue for her. I recommend!

I had high hopes when I purchased Xlear. Most of the reviews sounded impressive, but let it be known that this product is not a miracle cure for sinus allergies and congestion. I can definitely feel the xylitol in the nasal passages, but it did not relieve my sinus difficulties. I will continue exploring other alternatives.

Got sinus irritation? Try this.
This is not a replacement for a full blown sinus rinse. If you've got to do the water and salt thing through your sinuses on a regular basis, this product won't replace that. This may, however, help in between rinses.
It helps keep the nasal passages moist, avoid that dry burn sensation or that potato chip feeling - for me anyway. Some things just make my sinuses burn and I am stuck having to rinse every time. Which can be multiple times a day! With this, I can just do a couple sprays and move on. Now, I can do the full rinse less often.
I like to think of it like non-stick for sinuses. My sinuses feel better with this.
