This bar is large and, because it is embedded with lavender buds, the bar exfoliates (mildly). My husband loved the scent and the texture. We'll be buying more.

Have always been searching for a pure lavender-scented soap. Tried this on a lark and wound up buying a case. It's that good. The scent is vibrant and the buds provide natural exfoliation. Also, Frenchy Bee's service was prompt and impeccable. I will be buying more.

I bought two of these (different scents) so what follows is a copy of what I wrote about the other one. My wife likes smelly bath stuff. Always has. She really likes this (and she uses this stuff, it doesn't just sit in a dish.) So to sumarize... It smells as advertised, looks good, and apparently works according to my wife.

Great lavender smell in the shower. Big bar lasts a long time. This is my 2nd favorite soap (I like the lemongrass a little more).

Unlike American soaps, this soap and other French made soaps lather up generously, even in hard water, and the scent is intoxicating. You'll like this soap especially in the summer when you come in from a trying day in the garden. Rub the soap by itself over your skin and the flowers will massage and exfoliate. Use it with a net sponge, and the lather keeps on coming. I've never used a better soap than this one (the same can be said of other soaps ordered from this company).
