I get this for a family member who has multiple medical issues, including a liver problem. Taking medications for other things creates a burden on his liver as it tries to metabolize other medications and toxins from his diet (which he doesn't altogether avoid as he should). He will always use LiverCare as long as he can afford it, and he believes this product to be well worth the cost. He says he'd highly recommend it.

My husband uses Liv 52 in combination with Milk Thistle - When he uses both of theses, and cuts out the soda - he has a normal liver function blood test. When he decides to not take this and drink soda, his liver function test is way high.(and is not functioning correctly) So trust these products and cut out the soda - too much sugar and your liver cannot filter it. Stay healthy!

I've been taking Liver Care for a couple of months and I really can't say that I notice any change in how I feel.I don't feel any worse,so it's probably not doing any damage.My Doctor suggested I that I take this and drink a glass of V8 Fusion juice daily,no miracle cure here.In my opinion Liver Care is probably no better than snake oil.Probably shouldn't waste your money on it.If anyone has proof that it works I would like to review it.For the time being I will stick with Ultra Milk Thistle,Turmeric,alpha lipoic acid and the other things that I know have helped me and my sick liver.

I have hep c, about 6 months ago I began itching on my upper arms, usually at night. Also I noticed that my urine was more the color of tea, more brownish than yellow
I spoke with my internal gastro doctor and he did not connect the itching with the hep c, (told me to see a dermatoligst, which I did, and he told me to speak to my gastro doc) I didnt even bother him with my concern about the color of my urine. In my opinion, I know more about hep c than he does.
I began different herbs and juicing. I saw improvement now and then but nothing consistant, and I was taking about 9 different types of herbs.
I decided to not replenish most of them, and I concentrated on Milk thistle, vit c, sellium, fish oil, and dandelion root. Last week I added Liv 52. I have to say that I am impressed with my results. I can FEEL the differance. It feels like my liver is happy...I know that sounds dumb, but I am feeling the improvement.
Itching is nearly gone, and my urine is the color of hay. YEAH!!!
I will be going to a new doctor in May, hopefully one that is interested in my virus, we will see.
At that time I will have new blood work done and hope to see my ALTs back to normal. I was only slightly elevated, so I can reasonably expect to have them back in normal range.
I will continue to order these, I cant say enough about them. I hope that the cure will some day come, until that day I will protect my liver from the virus with LIV 52, and Milk Thistle. My next order will be for 2 large bottles, because I dont want to be without them, and I take 4 caps a day.

I have tinnitus (hissing in both ears, 24/7). I developed it on January 10, 1988. I have found that drinking a lot (not to the point of falling down drunk) helps me cope with my tinnitus. I started taking Liv-52 (now known as Liver Care) around 2000 when I found positive reviews about the product at different sites...some medical. I take 4 pills a day, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. My liver function has been monitored ever since 2000 when I told my internist that I have to drink substantially to help me live the highest quality life one can have with tinnitus. He has consistently monitored my liver enzymes since then, 3 times a year at normally spaced 4-month intervals, along with HDL, LDL, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
My liver enzymes are normal and have been since then. This product REALLY works...and if you have tinnitus and need to drink to minimize its annoyance, I would recommend Liver Care (Liv-52) enthusiastically.
I am a retired college professor from SUNY and what I have written here is the bona-fide truth.
