I've been using New Chapter Every Woman's One Daily for months now, and am very happy with it. It contains everything I need in a supplement, in a whole food form, and doesn't give me any kind of stomach upset. I like that I can take it without food, because I don't always remember to take supplements with breakfast.

I've been taking Women's One-A-Day for years, but I wanted a more natural multivitamin. After much research I decided to buy New Chapter's multivitamin. So far so good. The pills aren't too big, but they do leave a slight herbal taste in your mouth that quickly goes away. The only con I can think of is the multivitamins' strong herbal odor.

I have been taking these multivitamins for a month now and I can feel the difference in my energy level. I don't feel the chronic fatigue that I used to constantly. It helps that these pills can be taken on an empty stomach and do not upset your stomach. I am hooked for life.

I have had a lot of problems swallowing these vitamins, even if I break them in half. I don't have trouble swallowing anything else, so I'm not sure what the problem is, but please beware.

Today, I broke the vitamin in 3 small pieces. Two went down hard; the third one lodged in my windpipe, eventually moving to my bronchial tubes. After 45-60 minutes of coughing and wheezing, I finally coughed up the piece.

I will not be taking these any more. If you take them, please be really careful.
