My acupuncturist says to take this stuff when I'm coming down with something, and I do, and most of the time it seems to help.

I have been very successful using this to combat colds and sinus problems. It is a staple in my medicine cabinet; one of those rare unknown products that really works for me. I can't recommend it more highly. I gave it to a friend who had chronic sinus infection breath, and they were better in two days.

I never had much interest in Chinese medicine until a friend recommended Yin Chiao to help prevent the frequent colds I was suffering. I take this product at the first sign of a sniffle, and nearly every time it stops the cold cold! Definitely worth trying.
