Best PMS remedy and a great tasting Detox!! March 6, 2010 Neema Kharva (Seattle, WA USA) Girlfriend, if you're looking for help with the PMS - do give the PMS tea try. It works wonders.
I have a long and painful history with me uterus. Severe complications and surgical procedures exacerbated my PMS and pain issues. My PMS sets in 10 days before an irregular cycle. Imagine the predicament of my poor hubby - lol! I used to control my debilitating cramps with 3 ibuprofen tabs (Midol is for wussies :)) every 3-4 hours in order to function!
For the longest time, I have blamed my PMS to my weight gain, about 20 lbs (over 10 odd years) more than I usually weighed. About three months ago, I decided to get my health back on track. This was when I decided to look at the detox tea. The PMS tea sitting right next to it shared the major ingredient of dandelion root with its neighbor. I picked up both and I am glad I did!
For the first month, I had only the detox tea. One bag, several times a day. I had also ramped up to running 2-3 miles three times a week (from 1.5 to 2/ 2 times a week). When my cycle came and went with heavily reduced symptoms, I was in disbelief!! Next month, I switched to the PMS tea after day 20. The month after I had the PMS tea for the whole month. There is no looking back for me.
Here are all the areas where I saw a SIGNIFICANT difference: Oily skin/hair, energy levels, I-AM-GOING-TO-CHEW-MY-NAILS-OFF cramps, bloating, body aches and the MOOD sista!
Relevant asides:
The PMS tea: doubled amount of Dandelion root (500mg compared to the Detox). Caffeine free with 89% certified organic ingredients. Taste - meh...but tolerable
The Detox tea: 250 mg of Dandelion extract. Apparently they revamped this product owing to concerns of sustainable access to ingredients. That is pretty commendable I think! Plus whatever they did, rocks! Taste gets a 10/10. Has a small amount of Kukicha caffeine. And again, the formula is 85% organic.
Both products contraindicated for pregnant or breastfeeding sisters.

Last but not least the six pack price is a steal. But get one at a local dealer first and read the fine print!!
Good luck!
okay but a little too bitter March 6, 2010 B. Chen This tea was priced well with fast delivery. The flavor was okay but a little too bitter. I tried several bags but then gave up; being certain that it was too bitter and not just me confusing the flavor with other variables.
Dandelion Root Tea March 4, 2010 M. Jewitt (Arizona) I really enjoy this tea. Odd, but does have a coffee flavor. That's OK with me as I am a coffee lover.
Ahhhhhhh March 3, 2010 Rob (SLC, UT) So I wait for the package for a week and then it finally arrives.
I open up the box and see that there are flakes from the teabags all over the bottom of the box.
I don't think that much of it, especially because all 6 of the boxes of tea are in good shape.
I pull one of the boxes out and open it up and the wrapper of the tea bag has holes on either side.
I wonder to myself how that could have gotten there. It looks like mice got to it.
Not even sure where to go from there.
The best 'help" March 3, 2010 Anna (IL, USA) I'm mother of twins and without this tea I wouldn't be able to get enough milk to feed them both. I drink 4 cups a day for 5 months already and my milk supply is stable. I am pumping every 3 hours during the day and every 4 hours during the night. Before that tea I was getting 3oz from 1 pumping session, with that tea I am getting between 7oz to 8oz of milk. The highest number was 10oz :-)
