This is the only protein powder (along with the chocolate flavor) that I actually like -- the taste, the quality of the ingredients, and, of course, that it seems to help on muscle mass. I've mixed the powder with just about every fruit, every juice, kefir, soy milk, etc. and it's all good. I'm a moderate exerciser but I drink it also as a quick, light protein source on mornings when I'm running out the door to work in the morning. I'd be lost without it.

I look at a lot of protein ,an this one doses not have the bad sweeteners in it.
its really good to balance protein levels during the day.

its pretty good, you can definitely tell the difference in taste between the natural and the ones with the added sugars, but i add mine to fruit so that its not to bland

I bought the 5.13lb tub of chocolate natural whey about 3 months ago, and I still have a little bit left. This was my first purchase of an all natural whey powder, and I must say the taste is much different. Different how? Its better!!! When it came to cheaper products that used artificial sweeteners, I would always get "gut rot," or a really really upset stomach. Plus, I was always left with a really dry mouth and bad breath. The Gold Standard natural whey powder, on the other hand, tastes great, mixes well, and I feel fantastic after drinking (no upset tummies here). Totally worth the purchase, I will continue to buy this product, once I freaking run out, that is. Its great not having to worry about paying for whey powder every month or so when I have a colossal 5.13 tub just chillin' on my fridge. Again, I totally recommend this product. After years of gulping down tall glasses of what now seems like soot and dust (artificially sweetened whey powders), the Gold Standard whey powder is phenomenal. Go get you some!

I have been using the ON Gold Standard 100% Natural Whey for the last few months, and I'm really impressed with it. This is the best protein supplement I have used. I personally like the vanilla a little better, but the chocolate is great too. Both flavors are lightly sweetened with stevia, and have only 3g of sugar, while delivering 24g of protein per serving. I usually mix it in skim milk with a spoon (takes about a minute of vigorous stirring), but for best results, use a blender or a shaker bottle.
