Helps Regulate Menstrual Cycles, Worked TTC for me August 19, 2010

I had to run to post this review! My whole life my menstrual cycles have been irregular running anywhere from 31-54 days in between. I used Vitex (Chasteberry) six years ago to regulate my cycle, it worked and became pregnant on that first correct cycle.
Last month, I decided to start taking it again it again, not to become pregnant, but just to have my cycles on time. After 3 weeks, of taking one 400 mg capsule daily, my period started on the 28th day! Awesome! I stopped taking it while on my period, and resumed drinking it once it was done, and I expect to get my period again on time next month.
My only complaint is that I got a severe wave of depression (almost crippling) while I was ovulating. I normally suffer from depression anyhow, but this was different. I am not sure if it was coincidence or related to drinking the Vitex.
Regardless I have had success twice on 2 separate occasions, taking Vitex, and I highly recommend the Solaray brand for potency. So if you need to regulate your cycles and/or trying to conceive, PLEASE TRY THIS! IT WORKED FOR ME!
